3.Childcare at Sojourn

Will Etsy selling ever be steady?, Maybe I can freelance with a publishing company as an illustrator?, Maybe I can get some classes at other local art schools as well? Maybe I make ends meet .

Ok here is a wintery post this time its Russian fairy tale cinema.... I actually have not ever seen any other kinds of russian cinema for sale other than these old fairy tale type movies....

I know its Christmas and I should be posting wintery stuff but I am in a Bollywood mood.... Tee-hee ;) I've seen the last one and bits and pieces of the others...Indian cinema is very colorful ...the stories are romatic and there is a lot of singing..... I like the costumes

Kawaii

Cute

I cut my hair yesterday, it was getting to long and thick and it was hard to wear up. I think I cut it a little to short for my liking. It looks like a cut from the 1920s-1930s. *Sniff sniff* :(
So I went to CVS and got a bunch of hair accessories to disguise it until it grows out a little.

Actually "As Told By Ginger" was a rather deep cartoon, especially towards the end, this is an episode from the 3rd season (when they are in highschool) very emotional and well done. The 3rd season was only aired in the u.k.......This series and The Wild Thornberries are two nick toons that I really wish I could buy on dvd.

The Paramount Theater in Abilene, Texas

When I was in college this was the only place in the wilderness of west texas that was beautiful to me, it was like an oasis of culture art and beauty in the middle of a vaste wasteland. It is magical to be in the cieling is a starry sky the walls are vintage and morracan, a velvet, surreal hush lies over the place....almost like it is haunted in a pleasant way, it is from another world, an odd little corner in the middle of the texas desert. It was the only place for a hundred miles to go for ballets, plays, film festivals, foreign films, vintage films.....It was magical.

I was looking at different widgets today.....and for some reason, I don't want to add any more new ones.......My facebook is full of apps, because that is pretty much all I do on facebook....play with apps and chat with whoever gets online...But I made a movie list today and then I thought, "What am I doing, I don't need this, If I like a movie I will blog a picture of it or a youtube trailer or something...plus, I don't want my blog to become like facebook where it's all about the apps.....

I found this photo on flickr, It reminds me of my own family because me, my siblings and my cousins (on my moms sid) have a variety of skin and hair colors within one family. (we're half white and half puerto rican) These girls probably are not sisters but They just rmind me so much of me and heather and my cousins Alicia and Lorraine.
